OUR FIRM

CU Law Partner’s founding is on the Centennial anniversary of the credit union movement (“Movement”) and dedicates its service to the advancement of credit unions and their many great communities across Minnesota. The firm’s principal, Dan Le, serves as the general counsel to the Minnesota Credit Union Network (“MnCUN”) and has built strong relationships with many of its 86 members and associate credit unions.

The covenant between CU Law Partners and the Movement is to serve fields of membership by teaming with trusted referral partners who adopt the spendthrift principles on which credit unions are founded. This collaborative legal expertise in regulatory, compliance, and operational matters will help state and federally chartered credit unions with legal challenges impacting their day-to-day operations.

CU Law Partners provides credit unions with dedicated, affordable, and efficient service across Minnesota.
